Minster Lovell W.I. meets monthly, usually in St Kenelm's Hall, on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7.30 pm.  New members welcomed.

We meet most Sundays at 6 p.m. at Rose Cottage, and at other times during the week in various places.

 

The Lighthouse is a family 'church' based in a home in Old Minster Lovell. We want to share the love of God, to build community and allow Jesus to change lives.

 

Our church meetings are informal, family times and include singing, prayer and teaching from the Bible in a way that is relevant to our daily lives.

 

We would like to invite you to join us at one of our meetings, alternatively any prayer requests can be given by telephone or popped through our letterbox.

Information:

Minster Lovell Youth Club is affiliated to Active TEN20.  The Club meets every Tuesday at 7.00pm in St Kenelm's Hall.  

The Club's objectives are to provide a weekly meeting where boys and girls aged 11-16 meet to interact   amicably and enjoyably with one another in a safe non-threatening environment, where they know they are valued and encouraged to achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential.  Highlights include ten pin bowling, ice skating and weekend away.

Information: Everyone is Welcome to join us at the following:

Sunday service - 11.00am - 12.00noon
Wednesday Prayer time - 11.00 - 11.30 am (Except the 1st Wed. in the month).  Prayers placed in 'Prayer Request Post Box' located in the porch, will be prayed for, for 4 weeks.

Welcome Circle - Held on the second and forth Wednesday of each month.  1.45 - 3.15pm when invited speakers share their knowledge and experiences.

Welcome Lunch - Held on the first Wednesday of the month, the church is transformed into a cafe for drinks and biscuits from 10.30am and a cooked lunch from 12.00 noon.

For weddings, funerals, baptisms, membership, please contact Rev. Peter Goodhall.

The meeting Room is available for local hire including: committee & AGM meetings, light refreshments after funerals etc.

Information: We organise fundraising for St Kenelm's Primary School, to aid the children's educational needs and also any new government directives they may need financial support with.

Information: Minster Lovell Playing Field Trust is responsible for the play area, tennis court and car park to the rear of St Kenelm's Hall.  The purpose of the Trust is to provide a recreational amenity for children and young people of the Village, which includes a small play area for younger children and the facility to play tennis and basketball.  Car parking facilities for St.Kenelm's Hall are also provided.  Four Trustees administer the Trust which is registered with the Charity Commission - two appointed by the Parish Council and two appointed by the Parochial Church Council.

Information: The Parochial Church Council of St Kenelm, Minster Lovell is the body responsible for the organisation and conduct of the ecclesiastical parish of Minster Lovell.
